How to order?
  1. Click on your preferred product and review the product details.
  2. Click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button
  3. Proceed to the Checkout page and enter your complete delivery address, contact details and preferred payment method.
  4. Once you’re all set, submit your order to finalize your purchase.
  5. We’ll send a confirmation email with your order summary, reference number and delivery details.
What are the accepted payment methods?

You can pay online through Credit or Debit Card straight payments (Mastercard, Visa). Deposit your payment through our banks (BDO, BPI, Metrobank). E-Wallets payment through (Gcash, Grab pay, Paymaya). Installment payments through credit card (BDO / BPI).

Which areas can you deliver to?

We deliver within Metro Manila and selected areas in, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal.

How long is the delivery period?

Metro Manila delivery will be 3-5 business days from payment confirmation, excluding holidays.
Outside Metro Manila will be 7-10 business days from payment confirmation, excluding holidays.

Can someone else receive the package for me?

If you won’t be able to personally accept your order, you can authorize someone else to receive it. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your government valid ID.

How can I cancel my order?

If your order has not been packed or shipped, you may still cancel it. Send us an email with your name as subject at mabces.aire@gmail.com or call our hotline (02) 8525-7866 immediately.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Returns & replacement of unit due to change of mind is not allowed. Only defective goods can be returned or exchanged.

What should I do if I received a damaged / defective / wrong item?

Please report the damaged (physical damage, dents, scratches) or wrong item within 24 hours to our customer service team at (02) 8525-7866.

Please report the defective item within 7 days after receiving your order to our customer service team at (02) 8525-7866. Our customer service agent will get in touch and arrange your return request soon.

When will I receive my refund?

Processing for refund will be within 5 – 7 business working days.

Can I avail installation services if I purchase online?
